The Gozney Arc and Arc XL are compact, high-performance ovens and in tighter oven spaces, small adjustments make a big impact.

FireCraft Shields available in Neapolitan, New York, and PAN styles help manage flame intensity by redirecting or deflecting the side flame. By allowing your dough to cook first from the stone rather than from the flame, shields give you a more stable crust, a better pizza base and more time to work your pizza without rushing. In short: they simulate space. You get more control, a more relaxed bake, and more consistent results in a compact setup.

The FireCraft Door adds even more efficiency. It reduces preheat time, helps retain heat between bakes, and gives your oven the power to self-clean. Just set the door in place and turn up the heat. The stone burns clean, leaving a crisp white surface ready for your next bake. That kind of reset between sessions isn’t just functional it’s a luxury.
